A versatile, free standing boxing gym, ideal for improving hand eye coordination and for building upper body strength, aerobic condition and endurance. The portable frame has a powder coated finish and three different height settings for a range of users. It comprises a solid cast iron base and a sturdy chrome support tube with height lock and heavy duty chromed spring system. The rubber compound speedball is highly durable with a chrome ball bearing swivel for smoother action, designed to accommodate the hardest of punches. Also includes a 20kg bag (will take up to 30kg). Stand dimensions: H221 x W124 x D157cm. Boxing is a great way of toning your body and letting off steam at the same time. It is suitable for all sports which require good upper body strength: rugby, cricket, rowing, etc. Focussing on upper body conditioning, working the arms, abs, chest and shoulders, it also includes some lower body exercises in the kick boxing area and increases your overall fitness levels. Note: Stand should be weighted down at 2 points with around 20kg of weight per point. (Weights not included)
