Easy to use powerstation develops great upper body strength and attractive physique
Excellent piece of equipment for upper body exercise. Pull ups are the obvious function but you also get dipping (great for the arms and shoulders) and the all important VKR (vertical knee raise). VKR is one of the best exercises for the abs and lower back.The power station doesn't use any 'fad exercises' or innovative techniques. The MD2100 simply provides a solid base on which you can build your upper body quickly and efficiently.
